Free wifi.
Location is only good if you have your own yacht (not our case). Otherwise is not on the beach, far from downtown, no shops nearby. At check-in the reception staff was exceptionally unfriendly - I have not seen anything like this for a very long time. Although our confirmation said credit card charged on the day of booking, we had to pay at check-in. Once again we were told that in a very offensive way. We were also charged USD10 housekeeping fee which was not shown on the confirmation. Our safe did not work - we were told to wait 10 minutes, we had to wait almost one hour. Our room was sols as a junior suite - it was not, it was just a ground floor room with a small seating area. At check-out the same unfriendly experience.

For such an expensive place to visit, PHC, offered great value for location, accessiblity to beaches and shuttle service to literally downtown, grocery stores, and beach, quiet harbourside marina, away from all the commercial aspects of Paradise Island. Great ocean views, and full kitchen, not kitchenette, allowed for cost saving while staying on paradise island...and 2 flat screen tvs...that worked. Would recommend

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel on Paradise Island and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views of the marina from our room's balcony. In addition, we were able to easily access the beautiful Cabbage Beach, either by taking a short walk or a quick drive to Atlantis. The hotel also provided underground free parking in the building next door, which was very convenient for us.

Fairly clean and amazing place with super-friendly and fairly friendly staff in customer service and guest relation. Reasonably large rooms, magnificent view right on the ocean with a beautiful view. Marvellous setting, close to main restaurants, and the marina. Also, close to the nicest beach on the planet. Honestly nothing to complain about.

the junior suite was quite big and clean, with ac & fans in the room... the bicycle rental & shuttle service offered were cool... in general the hotel is well located, clean & calm... it has a beautiful pool & jacuzzi, helpful staff... paradise island is one of the best destinations on the bahamas...
not all, but some persons from the hotel staff were unfriendly.. columbus tavern, which is one of the only places to eat on paradise island is expensive and open hours are not really as promised... the final price was more than 40% more than booked, watch out for different kind of surcharges...that is not really fair...

Good value for money - compared to other hotels on the island. The free bicycle rent is good though they could definitely do with a bit of tlc as every bike my partner and I rented had flat tyres. The swimming pool was nice, and the marina was lovely too. Would recommend if only for the price - it is an absolute bargain compared to all other hotels I looked at.
Location is ok but it is the furthest point away from the bridge over to Nassau so takes a while to walk there - most people in our hotel took taxi's eveywhere. The staff on reception at the hotel were miserable, any time we had a question they were so unhappy to answer it which put a big downer on the hotel and was a real shame. The guys who worked there who were sorting out all the handywork and providing us with the bikes etc were very nice though it needs to be mentioned - put them on reception I say! The room was nice but housekeeping sometimes forgot to leave us clean towels or would make up one of our beds and not the other which was a bit odd... We were also overcharged for the room at the end (by about 60 dollars or so) of our stay and they charged it to the card I left at reception 'for security purposes' without my consent which I thought was really not on!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. I was amazed at the affordable prices for such a great location. This hotel is nestled in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The attention to detail was impeccable, with spacious rooms boasting a full kitchen equipped with everything you could need, including a coffee machine and microwave. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view of the harbor from my big balcony, allowing me to unwind while enjoying the serene surroundings. Additionally, being right by the water added a touch of tranquility to my stay. To top it all off, the breakfast provided was delicious and fueled me for a day of exploring.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Very nice pool area and harbour view. Hotel is quietly situated, perfect place to relax.
Housekeeping needs to be improved. For instance, the floor and carpet was dirty the whole week. You will recognize it when walking barefoot. WiFi signal was very week.

Rooms are very clean ,,good view from balcony ,,,,staff are nice and friendly, very safe place to stay ,,.bit expensive
just three things need to be corrected 1)no wifi in rooms but it's available at the reception, 2) you need taxi or your own rented vehicle to go to roam around. 3)no kitchen at the hotel In Bahamas everything closes around 5 pm,everything including rental car centre, shopping, fast food joints like burger king etc.even grocery..so one has to rise early and go to bed early..there are a few restaurants open but it's a bit far and taxis are expensive ..in all Bahamas is a beautiful place for day timers ,no night life..and more expensive then USA as gov taxes are very high for tourists, around 40%.

The PHC was fantastic value for money, was in a great location and had friendly and helpful staff. Our room had everything we needed and a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. The pool area was very well maintained and nice and quiet. We preferred it to the big hotel complexes as it was peaceful but only a short walk away from Atlantis. The location was idyllic, right on a pretty marina with the Columbus Tavern right there for dinner or drinks.
The only improvement we could think of would be to have a vending machine for drinks/snacks on site.
